Real Case: Goodbye old fillings, hello natural smile

Our patient came to the clinic with several old and leaking restorations that, over time, had lost their proper fit and could lead to hidden cavities, affecting both dental health and smile aesthetics.

After a thorough clinical and radiographic evaluation, we carefully removed the deteriorated fillings and eliminated any remaining decay, preserving as much healthy tooth structure as possible.

With the area clean and healthy, we designed an aesthetic rehabilitation using feldspathic veneers, an ultra-thin and highly aesthetic ceramic ideal for achieving a natural, bright, and seamless smile.

The result is a fully renewed smile — healthy, long-lasting, and visually stunning.

A broken tooth, an immediate solution: pediatric dentistry in action

This is one of those cases that fills our hearts.

A child suffered a fall and fractured a permanent central incisor—a definitive tooth that had just begun to be part of his smile.

Fortunately, his parents acted quickly and came to the clinic bringing the broken fragment with them. Thanks to that, our pediatric dentist was able to reposition and bond the piece with precision, using minimally invasive techniques and high-quality aesthetic materials.

The result speaks for itself: the tooth looked as if nothing had ever happened, maintaining its shape, color, and function naturally.

Cases like this remind us how important it is to act promptly and trust expert hands. The smile returned intact—and so did peace of mind!

    Balance between function and aesthetics

Our patient came to the clinic with the desire to improve both the functionality and aesthetics of his smile. He had dental misalignment, missing teeth, and wear on some teeth, which affected not only his appearance but also his bite and eating comfort.

To achieve a full transformation, we designed a multi-phase treatment plan. We started with Invisalign orthodontics, allowing for discreet and comfortable alignment correction. Once the teeth were in their ideal position, we performed teeth whitening to restore brightness to the smile and proceeded with aesthetic restorations, improving the shape and harmony of worn teeth.

For the missing teeth, we placed dental implants and later a prosthesis over implants, ensuring a stable and functional bite. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the patient now enjoys a well-aligned, bright, and fully restored smile, both aesthetically and functionally.

This case demonstrates how, by combining orthodontics, implantology, and high-precision aesthetic dentistry, it is possible to achieve healthy, natural, and balanced smiles.
