    • Orthodontics and Invisalign:

Putting your teeth beautifully aligned again

Which orthodontic treatment is the best for me?

Orthodontic treatment involves optimizing the incorrect spacing between the teeth by means of braces and, if necessary, improving the position of the jaws. We also treat the misalignment of a bite, which can improve the overall shape and profile of the face, and we can ensure that the filling of the lips is optimal. Orthodontics plays an indispensable role in the fields of restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

    Treatment procedure

Before placing orthodontics, first we have a complete view of your dental situation. Once this is done, we can advise you on the most optimal solution. Sometimes, complaints can be resolved without the use of keys.

After an extensive preparation (x-rays, photos and impressions for models of plaster study of your teeth), we can place aesthetic brackets or invisible devices.

The treatment of standard keys consists of white brackets (tooth color) and white wires. Simply because it looks prettier than regular metal supports. The old idea that esthetic braces are easily discolored, loosens faster and leads to longer treatments, is no longer valid.

Some people specifically ask for invisible keys. In these cases, we can place ‘lingual’ (hidden) keys. The keys are placed behind the teeth, so that nobody knows they are there. These are really invisible, and much more comfortable.

We also offer the ‘Invisalign‘ treatment. It consists of a series of almost invisible and removable ‘aligners’ that must be replaced by a new set every 2 weeks.

This advanced technological system is one of the most modern solutions for straightening crooked teeth (practically invisible) and a clear alternative to metal brackets for adults, children and adolescents.

Putting your teeth beautifully aligned again

In general, the fastest way to align adult teeth is with standard orthotics. The average treatment lasts between 12 and 18 months. Whichever treatment you choose, we will make sure that your teeth line up beautifully again and your bite will be much better.
